Waratahs and Wallaby utility back Kurtley Beale has been given a fine of 5,000 by the Australian Rugby Union (ARU) for urinating outside a Brisbane nightclub.
The incident happened a couple of hours after the Wallabies match against Ireland last month when the Wallabies wrapped up their four-game international campaign.
Beale admitted that he had consumed an excessive amount of alcohol and has apologised for his behaviour
"I'm aware of the need to always be mindful of the responsibility I have when representing my country," he told ABC Sport.
"I have to take personal ownership for how I behave in public and I want to apologise to all those people I have let down on this occasion."
Beale added that he wanted to put the incident behind him and concentrate on the Wallabies' upcoming Tri-Nations games.
The Wallabies squad is expected to be announced on Thursday.
